StruxaOps is operated by Tool Share LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StruxaOps.com and all services provided by StruxaOps. By accessing our website, booking a workflow audit, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
StruxaOps offers:
- Workflow automation
- System integration
- Email intake automations
- File management automations
- Dashboard and workflow visibility setups
- Ongoing support subscriptions
All services are customized and may vary based on your business needs.
2. No Guarantee of Specific Results
We do not guarantee:
- Revenue increases
- Job awards
- Specific performance metrics
- Compatibility with all third-party platforms
We provide workflow automation based on the information you provide.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your system, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Grant necessary access to tools (email, drive, platforms)
- Maintain your own platform accounts
You are responsible for securing your passwords and credentials.
4. Payment Terms
- All one-time builds require a deposit (typically 50%).
- Remaining balances are due upon delivery or per contract terms.
- Subscription fees (support/maintenance) are billed monthly.
- All payments are final; no refunds once work has begun.
Failed or late payments may result in:
- Paused support
- System maintenance suspension
- Additional fees
5. Ownership of Automations
StruxaOps retains rights to:
- Scripts
- Templates
- Automation logic
- Proprietary workflows
- System architecture
You are granted a license to use the automations built for your business only. You may not copy, resell, or share our workflows with other companies.
6. Support Subscriptions
Support plans cover:
- System monitoring
- Error fixes
- API updates
- Adjustments for workflow changes
- Adding or modifying folder rules
- Minor improvements
Support does NOT cover:
- Full rebuilds
- Major redesigns
- New automations outside the original scope
- Third-party outages
7. Limitations of Liability
StruxaOps is not liable for:
- Lost revenue
- Missed jobs
- Platform outages (Google, Procore, BC, etc.)
- Data loss caused by third-party systems
- Unauthorized access resulting from client-side security failures
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, book services, or opt into any communication programs, including SMS messaging.
By accessing our website or enrolling in services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
9. SMS Service
Program Name: StruxaOps SMS Program
Program Description
By opting into the StruxaOps SMS Program, you agree to receive text messages related to service updates, workflow notifications, appointment confirmations, onboarding instructions, billing notices, and customer support communications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOPto the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@struxaops.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Compliance with Industry Standards
StruxaOps complies with applicable CTIA guidelines, TCPA regulations, and all relevant messaging industry standards.
Legal Compliance Note
By opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from StruxaOps. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:
- Access to support ends
- Automations remain active unless tied to subscription infrastructure
- No prorated refunds
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota.
